Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that motivates students to actively participate and succeed. Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve teaching methods and share best practices within the Maths department. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Mathematics or a related subject. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3, KS4, and KS5.
