We have an exciting and challenging post within our small, enthusiastic Smoking Cessation Team which encompass: providing an efficient, comprehensive, confidential and high-quality administrative service for the Smoking Cessation Team / Health Improvement Advisers; managing, inputting and extracting information as requested from the Public Health Scotland Information Statistics Division (ISD) database which is essential to monitor and report on the LDP target as well as ensuring accuracy and currency of information and carrying out 12 month follow ups. Review the quality of information highlighting any discrepancies as they occur to ensure accurate records at all times. The post will also support Violence Against Women (VAW) administrator when required and updating the MARAC database.

Working collaboratively across all parts of NHS Highland’s organisational structure and partner agencies, this post will operate throughout the Inverness, Nairn, Ross-shire and Badenoch & Strathspey area however the post will be based in Inverness.
