I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work for a Housing Association based in Ipswich and surrounding areas on a permanent contract with the day to day repairs team.
The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for:
* Day to day repairs in council properties
* Core trade such as carpentry, plumbing or plastering
* Ability to do multi trade work alongside core trade
The right Multi Trade Operative will need:
* NVQ or City & Guild in core trade
* Experience with multi trade work
* Experience working in social housing or HMO properties previous
* Valid UK License and less than 9 points
The Multi Trade Operative will receive benefits of:
* An annual salary of £33,000
