What You'll Do
* Support pupils across Year 1 and Year 2, focusing on phonics, reading and early numeracy
* Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, differentiated activities
* Build positive relationships with pupils and help create a calm, inclusive learning space
* Provide small‑group and 1:1 support, encouraging confidence and independence
What You'll Need
* Experience supporting children in a KS1 or EYFS setting (school, nursery or childcare)
* A calm, consistent and proactive approach to classroom support
* Strong communication skills and confidence leading small groups
* Enhanced Child‑Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
