Key responsibilities include: Managing operations and ensuring the office space runs smoothly, managing suppliers including facilities and interiors, leading and supporting on-site staff and contractors, driving operational standards and daily team briefings, managing rotas, leave, and team development, upholding an atmosphere of polished hospitality throughout. Ideally looking for 3 years relevant office assistant/management, operations, client-facing experience gained in luxury brands, high-end fashion, retail, hospitality or boutique hotel industry.
