Job Advert. Mencap is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in ROTHERHAM. As a Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily activities and provide emotional support.
* Build meaningful relationships with individuals and communicate effectively.
* Work across various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible approach.

Contract options and shifts
* Part-time: 25 hours
* All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life.
* Various shifts available. There is also a sleep-in option with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.

* All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
