Responsibilities
* Maintaining clean and sanitised kitchen areas, including surfaces, sinks, stoves, and equipment.
* Sweeping, mopping, and staying on top of any spills to ensure a safe workspace.
* Washing cookware, utensils, and cutlery to keep service flowing.
* Managing waste and keeping back-of-house areas tidy.
* Assisting with some food prep tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.

Qualifications
* Organised, efficient, and great at managing your time.
* Attention to detail, conscientious, proactive, and keen to learn.
* Adaptable, positive, and motivated in busy environments.
* An experienced Hospitality Assistant with a Level 1 Food and Hygiene certificate for this role.
