Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements. Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
