Key Responsibilities for the Store Manager:
* Oversee all aspects of store operations, from managing inventory to leading your team to achieve sales targets
* Drive retail sales and enhance the store's profitability by developing effective strategies
* Manage staffing levels, ensuring the right mix of talent is in place and that the team is motivated
* Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and coaching your team
* Regularly assess store performance and prepare reports for senior management
* Foster a positive store environment, ensuring the store is well-maintained and customer-friendly
* Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all operational areas
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a senior retail management role
* Demonstrable ability to drive retail sales and performance in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team
* A track record of providing exceptional customer service and fostering a customer-focused culture
* Business-oriented, with a clear understanding of how to improve retail performance and meet KPIs
* A background in fashion is desirable but not essential
