Are you a Registered Nurse (RGN) looking for a Community Nurse role with real autonomy and a better work-life balance? We are recruiting for a Community Nurse to join a nationally recognised specialist healthcare provider, delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes across North London and North West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to move into or continue within community nursing, working closely with patients while developing your clinical skills in a supportive, well-structured service.
The Role
* Deliver IV therapies and clinical treatments in patients homes
* Manage a caseload of 45 patients per day
* Work in partnership with a leading NHS service provider
* Provide education and support to patients and families
* Ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred care delivery
* Work autonomously while remaining part of a wider clinical team
Requirements
1. Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
2. Full UK driving licence
3. Post-registration experience in an acute setting
4. Experience with IV therapies, IV devices, and sub-cut injections
5. Confidence working independently in the community
