We're seeking an In‑House Litigation Solicitor in Bradford to join a forward‑thinking in‑house legal team. You'll manage a busy caseload across consumer, credit, and data protection disputes, backed by technology, training, and strong leadership.
Responsibilities
* Manage a defendant caseload of consumer litigation claims
* Work across breach of contract, discrimination, credit file disputes, data protection, and property damage
* Use modern case management systems and legal technology
* Support and mentor paralegals and legal apprentices
* Stay up to date with relevant legislation and case law
* Handle stakeholder communications and internal reporting
* Contribute to legal research and best practice development
Qualifications
* A solicitor or equivalent with NQ to 3 years PQE
* Well‑versed in Civil Procedure Rules, litigation processes, and relevant case law
* Comfortable managing own caseload with minimal supervision
* A strong communicator able to build internal relationships
* Supportive of junior team members and collaborative in approach
