Role: Asset Manager (one year secondment)
Location: Crawley

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Oversee the asset management process within IMOS to ensure optimal performance and value of assets, delivering value to our customers and establishing Thales as the Gold Standard in Asset Management with our Industry partners.
2. Engage with the team to achieve departmental goals, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.
3. Participate in strategic planning, including budget and resource allocation.
4. Manage performance by setting goals, tracking progress, and implementing asset management strategies.
5. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, including risk assessments and forecasts.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational objectives and industry standards.
7. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
8. Ensure compliance with regulations and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Experience and Skills:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
* Experience working in a matrix environment.
* Strong planning skills.
* Understanding of GFE and experience in asset management or defense contracts.
Education and Qualifications:
* Experience in asset management or similar roles.
* Knowledge of supply chain processes and commercial contracts.
