🕒 What You’ll Do
1. Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment.
2. Help shape brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
3. Work as part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with advance rotas and long shifts (8am–11pm) including sleep-in nights.
💰 What You’ll Earn

Annual salary: £39,760 – £41,760, depending on your qualifications and experience — this includes an average of 8 sleep-in shifts per month.

✅ What You’ll Need
6. Full UK Driving Licence.
7. Level 3 qualification in Child Care.
8. Minimum 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care.
9. Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (we’re unable to offer sponsorship).
