The Role: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons to whole classes in the absence of the class teacher Provide targeted academic and pastoral support to students across KS3 and KS4 Assist with planning and preparation of resources in collaboration with subject teachers Lead small-group intervention sessions to help students make progress in key subjects Support the wider school community, contributing to a positive and inclusive environment The School: This is a welcoming and inclusive school at the heart of the Corby community.
