THE CLIENT

We are a top UK IT Cabinet Manufacturing Company based in Leeds 9. We are going through a significant period of growth due to high product demand so in turn we are looking for an additional person to join our Internal Sales Team.

Salary:- £28,000 to £30,000 per annum based on experience- An immediate start.

THE ROLE

* To join our small but exceptional admin support Sales Office Team

* You will be dealing with all telephone sales calls & enquires taking detailed messages.

* A confident telephone manner is a must

* Respond efficiently to customer emails, quoting and proactively following up quotes

* Data entry - processing orders & up-dating database using SAP & excel & Microsoft

* Assisting with ad-hoc queries from management & staff

* Liaising with production/transport and sales staff on a daily basis

* Booking transport UK & International in addition to our own fleet

* Involvement in future marketing activities

* Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all dealings in your position

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

* You must possess accurate data entry skills along with being methodical and numerate with the ability to pay high attention to detail

* As an administrator you must be highly organised & be able to manage your own workload

* You must possess the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, whilst maintaining a high level of quality.

* We are looking for a self-motivated, pro-active professional individual.

* You must have strong friendly communication & interpersonal skills.

* You must be a team player

* Knowledge and ability to use SAP & Microsoft Office (SAP not essential, will train)

* You must hold at least 4 GSCES – inc. English & Maths

* Driving licence a plus or living close to offices in LS9 0AR

* Someone who owns their own transport - beneficial but not a deal breaker

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £28,000.00 per annum - Depending on skills and experience - Plus an annual Tax Free Bonus
