A key part of the role is the strategic management of the Aftersales area, working closely with focus groups and sites through structured visit cycles, clear agendas, and robust performance reporting.A core responsibility will be overseeing the deployment of new Aftersales business opportunities, working in alignment with key stakeholders across trade, body, Motrio, fleet, oil, and tyres. In addition, you will ensure the network is aligned with Renault Group UK’s core priorities, programmes, and initiatives to support long-term network sustainability.Success will be measured across key performance indicators, including total turnover within the area, Voice of Customer (VOC) scores in area, Customer Experience (CX) scores in area, Service Plan penetration in area, 10-year parc penetration in area, and the People Index in area.Who are you?The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen as well as effective stakeholder management skills.
