Flourish Education are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work at a primary school in Cheltenham. The school are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant for 32.5 hours per week for the remainder of the academic year. You will predominantly be working in a Reception class but may also be required to support in other key stages. As a Teaching Assistant, you will not be working with a specific child on a 1:1 basis, the role will include general SEN classroom support. Responsibilities will include delivering small group interventions and supporting the class teacher where needed. EYFS and phonics experience is essential for this role. The school are looking for a flexible and committed Teaching Assistant to start immediately. Required skills and experience for the Teaching Assistant (TA) role. 1-to-1 SEN experience is essential. Qualified minimum level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent. Experience working in a nursery or primary school setting. Commitment to long-term post.
