Print Production Engineer – Apogee Corporation

We are looking for a Print Production Engineer to perform service visits, fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance and equipment installation for our production printers and digital presses. This fully remote, home‑based role requires occasional office attendance for team meetings and training.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer service requests for repair of business equipment and production printers.
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs by adjustment, cleaning or spare part replacement.
* Perform preventative maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines and service management recommendations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve unusual faults.
* Escalate calls in a timely manner using the established process.
* Communicate work performed and gain acceptance of the machine’s performance following service.
* Install equipment sold by the company and ensure customer satisfaction with machine performance.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience fixing production printers and digital presses (Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Sharp, Canon).
* Background in the office equipment industry.
* Strong electronic and mechanical technical skills.
* Proficient in IT network devices and scanning function setup.
* First‑class customer service experience and a customer‑facing attitude.
