Job Description:
We have an opportunity for a Packaging Technologist to join a company that values innovation and continuous improvement. The company seeks individuals who can develop bold, transformative ideas and implement them effectively.
The ideal candidate will have experience using quality tools to ensure Packaging Material, Primary and Secondary Pack, and Pallet specifications are met. They will have worked on implementing new packaging projects, including factory acceptance trials and the rollout of new packaging formats and finishes.
As an integral team member, you will provide leadership and coordination for Packaging Development and Maintenance activities. You will work closely with Packaging Developers, Procurement, and Mill Packaging Engineers to support the company's goals around Innovation and Cost Transformation. Your knowledge will be valuable in team discussions concerning equipment, materials, and other packaging-related activities.
You will participate in initiatives aimed at improving consumer satisfaction and may lead projects to address pack design issues that cause consumer dissatisfaction or complaints.
