At Dechra, we’re looking for a Manufacturing Value Stream Leader to take full ownership of a critical production area at our modern Skipton site. This is more than an operations role — it’s a chance to run your own “mini‑site”, set direction, develop people, and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth.

🔧 The Impact You’ll Make
As Value Stream Leader, you’ll have end‑to‑end responsibility for manufacturing performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (PSQDC).
You’ll:
* Lead and develop a multi‑functional manufacturing team, creating a culture where people feel empowered, supported, and accountable
* Own the operational plan, ensuring products are delivered safely, on time, in full, and to specification
* Champion the One Dechra Production System (ODPS), embedding continuous improvement into daily thinking
* Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, MS&T, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain to ensure robust, reliable operations
* Drive new product introductions, tech transfers and lifecycle projects through strong cross‑functional leadership
* Build and deliver CAPEX and capacity plans to support the next 5 years of site growth
* Ensure your value stream is always inspection‑ready, operating to the highest cGMP and compliance standards

🧠What You’ll Bring
You’re a confident, authentic leader who brings people with you.
You’ll likely have:
* Extensive experience leading in a regulated / compliance‑driven manufacturing environment
* A strong operational foundation across production, engineering, quality and facilities
* The ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and balance people and performance
* Experience with Lean / Operational Excellence methodologies
* Knowledge of GMP manufacturing and regulatory expectations
