Position: Early Years Practitioner - fixed term until 26/06/2025
Location: Gylemuir Nursery
Salary: £28,046 - £32,010
Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
We are seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and committed Early Years Practitioner (EYP) to join our team. As Gylemuir Nursery operates year-round, the successful candidate will work flexibly across 4 shift patterns to meet the needs of children. The role requires a team player who contributes to planning, facilitating, and evaluating high-quality learning experiences.

This position involves regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will need to join the PVG Scheme or undergo an update check. If you have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory clearance of these checks.

Our salary range typically reflects the starting salary with annual increases until the top of the range is reached.
