COMPENSATION & EQUITY
Basic salary: up to £85,000 (dependent on experience)

THE ROLE
* Deliver holistic financial planning advice to a warm and growing client bank
* Build long‑term relationships with clients and their families across all key life stages
* Conduct cashflow modelling and regular financial planning reviews
* Work towards Chartered Financial Planner status (CII) with full firm support
* Contribute to the firm's strong reputation for client outcomes and independent reviews
* Self‑generation of new business is welcomed and rewarded — but not a requirement
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent) — Level 6 desirable but not essential
* Genuine passion for financial planning as a profession and client outcomes
* Motivated to progress toward Chartered status and ongoing CPD
* Attracted by real equity participation and building long‑term value in an independent firm
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client trust
* Experience with cashflow planning tools such as Voyant or CashCalc is advantageous
