Monitor data ingestion pipelines across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers, diagnosing load failures and inconsistencies within our metadata-driven Fabric framework. Act as the bridge between technical teams and departments like Finance and Sales to gather requirements and translate them into structured user stories. Validate data across multiple source systems (CRM, ERP, and HRIS) and maintain rigorous documentation for business logic and dependencies.
