Job Title - Commercial Property Solicitor Location - Amersham Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor ready for your next career move? We are working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is expanding its Commercial Property Team and seeking a motivated Solicitor with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE). The Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work with a diverse client base across a broad range of commercial property matters. You will handle transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases and property finance. You will be trusted to run your own caseload and develop strong, long-lasting client relationships, while also playing an active role in the continued growth of the department. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, lettings and asset management matters Drafting, reviewing and negotiating lease agreements and other property-related contracts Carrying out detailed due diligence on property transactions Managing property portfolios, including lease renewals, rent reviews and day-to-day issues Supporting clients with property finance, refinancing and loan security matters Working collaboratively with colleagues in other practice areas to deliver joined-up legal solutions Proactively developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with agents and referrers Networking within the business community to raise the firm’s profile Contributing to marketing initiatives and identifying cross-selling opportunities Supervising and supporting junior members of the team where appropriate About You: To be successful in this role, you will need: ✅ Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law ✅ Strong technical knowledge and experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters ✅ Excellent client care, communication and relationship-building skills ✅ A proactive, commercially minded approach ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Apply Today: Apply by contacting Tom Miles at G2 Legal.
