We are seeking a dedicated Stock System Analyst to utilize your knowledge of the Tevalis Stock Module to assist in resolving client queries, diagnosing issues, and defining resolution processes. This role involves effective communication with clients via phone, email, online/on-site meetings, and ticket updates within Halo.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Audit clients' stock systems to identify potential future issues and provide detailed reviews with solutions.
2. Collaborate with Support, Projects, and Development teams to ensure comprehensive Stock implementation and support. Coordinate with the Support Team for issues within their scope, and work with Projects for setup and configuration aligned with client needs.
3. Reconcile reports to identify discrepancies using the Tevalis Stock Module, Tevalis e-POS, and Microsoft SQL, focusing on revenue, physical stock, stock movements, and cost of sales.
4. Conduct online meetings with clients confidently, ranging from brief 10-15 minute sessions to educate clients or resolve issues, to longer 1-2 hour sessions for in-depth training on the Stock Module.
5. Perform managed services, including updates and client requests within designated lead times.
6. Provide root cause analysis for reported issues, both individually and within a team.
7. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment, emphasizing safety first.
8. Undertake additional tasks within your capabilities as needed, recognizing the broad scope of responsibilities.
