The Opportunity
As AR Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day receivables operations while identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance control, efficiency, and cash flow performance. This role offers genuine scope to influence policy, improve financial controls, and help shape the future direction of the function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, develop, and support the Accounts Receivable team
2. Strengthen processes, controls, and governance frameworks
3. Drive improvements in cash collection and debtor performance
4. Review and enhance AR policies and procedures
5. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
6. Support wider finance transformation initiatives
About You
7. Proven experience in Accounts Receivable leadership or supervision
8. Strong understanding of financial controls and governance
9. Experience improving processes within a changing environment
10. Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
11. Healthcare advantageous but not essential
