Salary:£40,810 up to £43,000 perannum
Hours:37.5hoursperweek
WorkingPattern:PredominantlyMondaytoFriday,officehours;however,flexibilitywillberequiredtoworkshiftsonthefloorasneededtomeettheneedsofthehome.

WeareseekingamotivatedandcompassionateDeputyManagertojoinourOfsted-registeredchildrenshomeinFareham o Salisbury Standardsofcareandcompliance,andpromotingpositiveoutcomesfortheyoungpeopleinourcare.
Youwillleadandsupportthestaffteam,contributetocareplanning,andensurethehomeoperatesinlinewithOfstedregulationsandorganisationalpolicies.ThisisanexcellentopportunityforanexperiencedpractitionerlookingtostepupintoaleadershippositionorforanexistingDeputyManagerseekinganewchallenge.
KeyResponsibilities
* SupporttheRegisteredManagerintheoverallmanagementofthehome.
* Lead,motivate,anddevelopthestaffteamtodeliverhigh-quality,child-centredcare.
* EnsurecompliancewithOfstedregulations,safeguardingprocedures,andcompanypolicies.
* Overseecareplans,riskassessments,andbehaviourmanagementstrategies.
* Contributetoinspections,audits,andcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.
* Workflexibly,includingoccasionalshiftsonthefloor,tomeettheneedsoftheservice.
Requirements
* MinimumNVQLevel3inChildrensResidentialCare(orequivalent).
* Experienceworkinginachildrensresidentialcaresetting.
* StrongknowledgeofOfstedregulationsandinspectionframeworks.
* Provenexperienceinleading,developing,andsupportingastaffteam.
* Excellentcommunication,organisational,andleadershipskills.
* Agenuinepassionforimprovingthelivesofchildrenandyoungpeople.
