Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Manager for a Local Authority Client in Southwest London.
In this role, you will manage residents' concerns, tenancies and support individuals to improve their lives while building stronger, inclusive communities.
Duties:
* Manage tenancies, including rent recovery, mutual exchanges, and tenancy compliance.
* Handle safeguarding, anti-social behaviour, and support for victims of domestic abuse.
* Maintain accurate records and case notes using the NEC (Northgate) system.
* Work with residents to promote inclusion, wellbeing, and positive lifestyle changes.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
* Proven experience in tenancy management and housing legislation.
* Handling rent recovery, safeguarding, and anti-social behaviour cases.
* Supporting residents facing domestic abuse or other personal challenges.
* Delivering excellent customer service and working collaboratively with teams and partners.
What's on offer:
Salary: £194 per day
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
