Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
Job Scope:
Are you a compassionate and driven leader looking to make a real impact? We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee services supporting young people and adults on complex mental health journeys. Working within nurse-led, multi-disciplinary teams, you will ensure that care delivery is outcome-focused, trauma-informed, and recovery-led.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape high-quality services, lead and develop dedicated teams, and ensure individuals receive the personalised support they deserve. You will have strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding, and service compliance, alongside proven leadership skills within health, social care, or mental health settings.

Do you have?
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Manager
* Proven experience working with local authorities, families, and multidisciplinary team
* Skilled in supervisions, inductions, training, risk assessments, care planning, and reviews
* A Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care
* Strong background in managing services for adults and young people with disabilities and/or challenging behaviours
* Full UK driving licence
