Responsibilities
* With support from the procurement team, source relevant resources, materials and labour, collating all costing information and location availability
* Manage interim payment schedules and final accounts
* Report to Directors with weekly costing's, budget reviews and progress of upcoming projects
* Record and report on additions / variations and evidence this to clients to gain prior agreements
* Brief project managers on project requirements and resource allowances prior to project start
* Client / customer liaison regarding budgets and queries maintaining excellent customer focus
* Monitor resource allocation, works programming schedule against budget
* You will receive administration and financial support from the office team as required
