We have an opportunity for you to join our alliance with Clancy, Kier, and Anglian Water as a Contact Team Member. You will play a key role in our efforts to bring environmental and social prosperity to the region we serve through our commitment.
The Role
Your role is central to our success within the IMDS OMC. You will be on the frontline, supporting customers by booking appointments and resolving concerns. Your dedication to exceptional customer service is vital. Additionally, you will assist in driving social media campaigns to generate more appointments for our customers.
Here are some activities you will be involved with:
* Serve as a primary contact for customers, scheduling metering appointments and understanding their concerns, which will help us improve our services.
* Maintain current systems and databases, providing analysis to stakeholders to support performance reviews and ensure SLAs are met.
* Assist in planning and scheduling work activities to serve customers efficiently.
Requirements
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Exceptional customer service skills, especially over the phone, and proficiency in IT. Experience with SAP and Genesys is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and familiarity with other communication channels like social media, email, and self-service platforms.
