Our client is a world-leading luxury watch brand, who promise excellence, innovation, and timeless craftsmanship. With a prestigious boutique inside Harrods, they offer clients a unique and elevated retail experience that combines heritage with modern luxury.
As Boutique Director, you will be responsible for driving commercial success, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence within the Harrods environment You will demonstrate a passion for service, whilst developing and growing high-performing individuals and driving results.
The Role:
* Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
* Driving boutique performance across sales, service, and operations
* Delivering an exceptional boutique experience aligned with Harrods standards
* Overseeing all retail operational aspects, ensuring efficiency and consistency
* Acting as a brand ambassador with deep knowledge of luxury trends and client expectations
* Cultivating and managing strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders, driving loyalty and engagement
* Completing all store administration in an accurate and timely fashion
* Ensuring compliance with all internal control procedures: maintaining inventory accuracy
* Maintaining the highest standard of housekeeping and organisation
About You:
* 4+ years of retail management experience within watches, fine jewellery, or high value products
* A people-first leadership approach, fostering teamwork, engagement, and long-term commitment
* Proven track record of driving boutique performance commercially and operational
* Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
* Self-starter
* Clientelling expertise with an ultimate hospitality mindset
* Flexible and available to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends
* Knowledge of Harrods is preferred
* Strong watchmaking knowledge preferred
* Excellent computer skills
* Experience with SAP exposure is beneficial
The Package:
* Up to £100,000 basic per annum, depending on experience
* 10% bonus
* Additional Commission Opportunity
* Circa £130,000 per annum OTE
