The Opportunity
We are looking for 2 dedicated individuals, with a passion for luxury, to join us as Sales Consultants in our John Lewis, Cheadle concession. This is a part‑time role, working 37.5 hours per week.
As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will guide the customer journey from start to finish, including sensorial experiences such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. You will also assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

High standards of personal grooming, a passion for luxury and a commitment to our brand values are essential. You must be able to work well in a team, be driven to achieve store and personal KPIs and have flexibility in your working arrangements to suit business requirements.
