We’re hiring: Head of Business Development / Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth, strengthen key venue partnerships, and expand our presence across London’s most prestigious event spaces.
This is not a traditional sales role, success is built on results, relationships, and reputation. You’ll take the lead on managing existing venue accounts while developing new opportunities and securing accreditations at additional high-profile venues.
Responsibilities:
* Managing and growing relationships with venue stakeholders and clients
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities
* Securing venue accreditations and expanding our partner network
* Attending industry events, networking, and representing the company
* Driving revenue growth through strategy, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams
Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience in event production, venue management, or related field
* Strong network within corporate/private events & venues (ideally UVL sector)
* Commercially astute with proven business development success
* Excellent communicator, confident presenter, and relationship-builder
* Proactive, driven, and passionate about the live events industry
