Helping non-verbal students through alternative communication methods. Working alongside teachers and therapists to provide a holistic approach to learning. As the ideal SEN Teaching Assistant, we are looking for: Someone who is caring, resilient, and committed to helping young people thrive. Applicants with experience in care, youth work, health and social care, psychology, sports coaching, or similar roles (education experience not essential). Graduates in Psychology, Education, or related fields who are interested in SEMH/ASC work. A team player with good communication and a sense of humour.
