About the Role In these roles, you will be responsible for managing high-quality clinical negligence cases from inception to conclusion. You will work both independently and collaboratively, providing support to your colleagues as needed. Your ability to meet strict internal and client SLAs and KPIs will be essential to achieving operational targets and delivering exceptional service. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Handle a diverse range of clinical negligence cases with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients. Maintain adherence to internal and client SLAs and KPIs. Complete management information (MI) reports as required. Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets. Uphold the values of the organisation in all aspects of your work. About You The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in clinical negligence, preferably with experience in NHS Resolution cases. You should possess a flexible approach to work, adapting to various tasks as needed. Key requirements include: Solid clinical negligence experience. Knowledge of CPR procedures and a proven technical ability. Strong organisational skills with the capability to meet strict deadlines.
