About the Role
As Head Vet, you’ll lead and inspire our veterinary team, setting strategic clinical standards and promoting evidence-based, gold-standard care. You’ll drive continuous improvement, coach colleagues and support professional growth across the practice.

Based at a modern, purpose-built surgery with exceptional facilities, you’ll be surrounded by a diverse team working across specialities—many of whom are studying or holding certificates. Our aim is to deliver excellence in pet care across referrals and first-opinion services alike.

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced vet with strong leadership skills, confident in guiding teams and implementing clinical strategy. A passion for development, evidence-based care, and team mentorship is essential. Prior experience in a senior or leadership role within practice is preferred.
