Job Description
3. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
4. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
5. Raising sales invoices
6. Allocation of cash
7. Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as required.
8. Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
10. Experience or strong interest in accounting or finance-related tasks.
11. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
12. Excellent numerical and organisational skills.
13. Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
14. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
15. Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and clients.
