Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can deliver results with flexibility and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet agreed targets.
* Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, institutions, and partners.
* Identify new markets, opportunities, and revenue streams.
* Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
* Coordinate with marketing and operations to align campaigns and stock planning.
* Represent the organisation at events or meetings when required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role.
* Mandatory experience within the Islamic publishing sector.
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
