My client is a well-established and successful law firm that prides itself on providing high-quality service to clients in the High Peak and Cheshire region.
They are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor to work at their office in Stockport, capable of managing a full caseload independently.
The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced Conveyancing Assistant and the wider team.
Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience handling various Residential Conveyancing transactions, including Sales, Purchases, Transfer of Equity, and Re-Mortgages.
This role involves diverse tasks to ensure smooth transaction processes, including:
1. Dealing with initial Terms of Business documentation and Client Onboarding
2. Liaising with Clients, Agents, and Third Parties
3. Managing Client Matter Compliance
4. Preparing Contract Packs
5. Reviewing Titles
6. Raising Legal Enquiries
7. Handling Completions
8. Preparing Financial Statements
9. Post-Completion work
10. Preparing Reports on Title
We are looking for a diligent, hardworking individual who can build strong relationships with clients and third parties.
Excellent communication and IT skills are essential, along with knowledge of case management systems.
The salary is competitive, ranging between £X and £Y, depending on experience, with opportunities for progression and further training.
