Full Time | Monday – Friday

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning, wellbeing and personal development, ensuring every young person has the opportunity to reach their full potential within a calm, caring and inclusive environment.
This role may involve personal care where required, alongside supporting positive behaviour through a tailored, individualised approach that meets each pupil where they are.
Key Responsibilities
Build warm, trusting relationships with pupils so they feel safe, valued and ready to learn
Encourage independence and personal growth while maintaining consistently high expectations of behaviour
Support the delivery of engaging

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
