We're currently working with a well-regarded regional law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with around 3 years' PQE to take ownership of a broad private client caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. The role is ideal for someone who values quality client care and wants to play an active part in developing the department. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a varied caseload of wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and estate planning matters from start to finish. Drafting legal documents and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ensuring compliance with AML regulations, risk assessments, and internal financial policies. Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives alongside the wider team. The successful candidate: Qualified solicitor with 3 years' PQE in private client work. Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, probate, LPAs, and related areas. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism. Organised, proactive, and confident managing their own caseload independently.
