Are you passionate about delivering high-quality IT solutions and driving successful project outcomes? At Air IT, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Professional Services Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge IT projects to our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the technical delivery of customer projects, ensuring they’re completed on time and to a high standard.
* Collaborate with our Project Management Office to schedule and manage project timelines.
* Review project scopes, identify potential issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Provide thorough handovers to our Service Desk and ensure seamless transitions post-project.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow established project procedures.
* Uphold our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and company policies.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience in IT project delivery and supporting Microsoft technologies.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V/VMware, Azure AD, and InTune.
* Familiarity with MFA, conditional access, and Active Directory services.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A valid driving licence.
* Experience with Azure IaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Mimecast, Veeam, Datto.
* Knowledge of firewall technologies (Sophos, SonicWall, Cisco Meraki).
* Networking expertise including VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, SSL.
* Experience building wireless networks (Meraki, UniFi).
