The role is a part-time post for 30 hours per week, 30 hours over 4 days, 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. It is based at Townlands Hospital, Henley-on-Thames and the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading.
The Clinical Administration Team (CAT 1) is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working individual to join our department. We are looking for a team player with good communication and excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude towards work. You will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients’ pathway of care and will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge.
