A Recruitment Manager to:
* Lead, coach and upskill a team
* Manage end to end recruitment from junior to senior campaigns
* The role will involve leading on key projects as well
* Review current employee experience and implement improvements
* Review current systems, process and policies - looking at overall areas for improvement and automation
* Managing, and coordinating recruitment processes and strategies
* Develop a strong recruitment function
* Ensure the recruitment strategy is being implemented effectively
* Review the current recruitment function and look candidate attraction, assessment methods and overall improvements
* Look at new ways of working including attraction, retention and sourcing methods
Profile
A Recruitment Manager with:
* Proven end to end recruitment experience
* Experience of line managing a small team
* Experience working in higher education or not-for-profit experience essential
* Experience of reviewing and improving current systems, processes and policies
