Page Group are delighted to be partnering with a well known business within the Manufacturing & Construction sector on the appointment of a new Inside Sales Manager a their offices in Scunthorpe.Reporting in to board level, this role is pivotal in providing B2B customers with quotations and estimations based on their needs, and support on their orders
Job Description
3. Lead, motivate and develop the Inside Sales Team providing customers with quotations & estimations based on their requirements
4. Ensure world class service is provided to B2B customers during all interactions via phone and email
5. Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manor
6. Drive quotation uptake percentage through training & development, and implementation of robust process
7. Ensure margins are maintained on customer quotations & estimations, in line with business growth plan
8. Regularly review process and procedures across the department, driving positive changes that result in better outcomes for both customers and the business
9. Use systems and process to improve the end to end customer journey
10. Create and present reports based on customer activity to board level
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience leading a similar inside sales / service function
12. Strong commercial acumen
13. Focus on customer service
14. Ability to motivate and inspire a team
15. Strong stakeholder management skills
What's on Offer
16. Salary between - £45,000 & £50,000 depending on experience
17. Monday to Friday role (early finish on a Friday)
