We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Havering from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive department committed to delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons.
The Role
* Teach Religious Education across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
* Monitor student progress and support achievement
* Contribute to curriculum planning within the department
* Promote inclusive discussion and critical thinking skills
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching RE within a secondary school setting
* Strong classroom management skills
* Passion for teaching and learning
* Right to work in the UK
