Vision Products supplies, installs and services a wide range of community equipment, including chairs, bath lifts, hoists and beds. We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Technology & Servicing Manager to cover long-term sickness and support the effective management of a busy Technology and Servicing Department.
Location: Coedcae Ln, Pontyclun
Contract: Interim – 3 months+
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £26.00 per hour (Umbrella)
The Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring operational efficiency, high standards of service delivery and effective use of resources. This is a hands-on management role within a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing teams across Administration, Engineering and Assistive Technology
*
Overseeing vehicles, stock control and logistics
*
Supporting service delivery to agreed targets and deadlines
*
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
*
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven management or supervisory experience
* Experience within engineering (electrical or mechanical) or logistics
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* The ability to work effectively to deadlines and manage competing priorities
* Good time management and a collaborative, team-focused approach
* Knowledge of Health & Safety principles
* Database experience and basic IT skills
* A full UK driving licence (advantageous)
