Job Purpose: To support the continuous improvement and regulatory compliance of the service by providing exceptional administrative support through maintaining accurate records, facilitating internal audits, assisting with quality reviews, and supporting readiness for Ofsted inspections. The Quality Assurance Administrator plays a vital role in safeguarding and enhancing the quality of care provided to children and young people by supporting robust administrative and quality assurance processes. Requirements Quality Assurance and Audit Administrative and Document Management Communication and Coordination Confidentiality and Data Protection Taking meeting minuets that could be used in a legal setting Person Specification Essential: Previous administrative experience in a regulated industry health, or education setting. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Desirable: Experience working in a children’s social care or Ofsted-regulated environment. Understanding of Ofsted Regulations. Knowledge of safeguarding principles and relevant legislation. Experience producing reports, audits, or performance dashboards.
