The Role:
1. Lead digital and technology projects across production sites, including ERP, MES, automation, and traceability solutions.
2. Collaborate with production, engineering, sustainability, and IT teams to translate vision into actionable project plans.
3. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
4. Ensure solutions meet manufacturing standards, compliance, and sustainability goals.
5. Oversee rollout of new systems and report progress to stakeholders.
6. Ensure team understanding and success during and after implementation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience managing digital or tech transformation projects.
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm core hours.
